The initial stage is where you contact me to discuss what coaching can do for you. We arrange a time to talk on the phone and use the time to understand what you are going through and to discuss how coaching can help you. It also gives us a chance to see if there is a constructive rapport between the two of us, and if we both feel that coaching would benefit you.
This initial consultation is completely risk-free to you it will cost you nothing and there are no obligations for you to sign up. There will also be no hard sell during this consultation. I want my clients to be completely willing to explore themselves, and they cannot do that if they feel that they were sold something that they did not truly want this goes against all I am teaching!
When you and I are happy that the Life Transformation Coaching programme is suitable for you, I will give you a questionnaire for you to fill in and complete. From here we will arrange the logistics of our coaching which will take us to stage 2.
If, at this stage, we do not feel that I am able to help you, I will happily recommend other coaches who work with me, if you are still interested in coaching.
Having completed your questionnaire, we will schedule the first coaching session where we go through your answers and I offer feedback on what I have read. We are looking at what you are pursuing, the frustrations in your life, what you really want versus what you think you need, and what prevents you from taking the actions you really want to take.
This session aims to start to bring you to an awareness of all the things in your life that are not part of your true identity and look at the areas of your life where your conditioned beliefs, values and rules are getting in the way of who you really are and what you truly want . From here we will identify ways of helping you move past those so that you can begin to take actions that are in alignment with your truest and most authentic expression of yourself.
In stage 3, your coaching experience begins in earnest. We will meet by phone once a week to begin the work we identified in stage 2, and on clearing and letting go of all the things in your life that don’t serve you. As we do this, we start to create space, and when you are feeling more comfortable and at peace with you, we can begin to identify what you really want in the moment who your highest self aspires to be and what and how it wants it to be expressed. You will begin to take actions based on inspiration and on what feels right, and less from rationalised need or desperation.
